Warrior of the Month Nomination
In order to nominate someone for Warrior of the Month, you must be a noncommissioned officer/petty officer, warrant officer, or commissioned officer and be part of the nominee’s chain of command.
Eligible nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Be a current member of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard in either an active duty, national guard, or reserve component.
- Hold the rank of Specialist, Seaman, Senior Airman, or Lance Corporal or below.
- Be a member of your chain of command.

Valid nominees will be submitted to the review panel, which will select a number of semifinalists. Those semifinalists’ nominations will then be made available for public voting. At the completion of the public voting process, the two semifinalists with the most votes will be brought before the review panel for a second time and the review panel will select a winner.
